In a residence in the city center near the sea, studio with south facing terrace. 23 m² studio composed of an equipped kitchen, a lounge / living room area including a BZ sofa, and a 120 fold-away bed (memory foam mattress), a bathroom with WC. Garage in the basement. Train station and beach 400 m away, shops and center on site. Cleaning is optional, the price is € 69 including tax. For late arrivals, after 7 p.m., and on Sundays, a supplement of 30 € will be applied. The security deposit is 300 €. Possibility to rent linen (towel + sheet) for 10 € per person. Possibility to rent a cot for € 15 per week.
