This charming 2-star apartment (33 m²) on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator will satisfy your desires for your vacation on the Côte de Beauté. Perfectly laid out, it offers : an entrance hall with cupboard leading to a beautiful 20 m² living room opening onto a pleasant 6 m² balcony facing south-east, with a lounge and dining area that becomes the sleeping area in the evening thanks to its fold-away bed (wardrobe bed 140 x 190), a separate 6 m² long kitchen, fully equipped (oven, hob, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and toaster), a shower room with a spacious Italian shower, vanity unit and toilet.
Shared bike room on the first floor of the residence - Private parking (plot no. 18) - Secure residence (code doors at the front and rear of the residence - parking entrance with remote-controlled barrier) - Beach, customs path, bike path, bars and restaurants, sailing school at the foot of the building!
