Description of the accommodation

Come and stay in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, a renowned seaside resort on the Côte de Beauté! This 1-star studio cabin will be perfect for your solo or duo getaway. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a residence in the immediate vicinity of all shops (150m), the market (50m) and the beach (300m). The living room opens onto a pleasant covered balcony with blinds, and features a 2-person bed (130cm sofa bed), a kitchenette (fridge with freezer, 2 hotplates, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and dining area, flat-screen TV and storage cupboard. The entrance to the studio offers an additional sleeping cabin with an 80x190 cm bed that can accommodate a third person (adult or child), and leads to the shower room with curtained shower and vanity unit, and separate toilet. This cabin area can be separated from the main room by 2 sliding closet doors.
Don't worry about parking your vehicle, with the lockable garage in the basement with secure access (dimensions: 4.80 m long by 2.77 m wide: 13.31 m2 / box with up-and-over door).
