Description of the accommodation

Holiday home located in the Margattes district of Saint Jean de Monts.
Located at 500 m from the lively area of Avenue de la Mer and the food and night market.
And 500m from the beach and the pier.

Stay in this charming holiday home of approximately 60m², made up of 2 bedrooms and a garage converted into a 3rd bedroom.
You can enjoy the terrace and the wooded and fenced garden giving direct access to the cycle path which leads directly to the beach.
The accommodation has been classified as 2-star furnished tourist accommodation since 2022.

The house consists of a
- fitted and equipped kitchen: induction hob, fridge/freezer - dishwasher/washing machine (new units 2023), and mini electric oven (medium size)
- Living and dining room: a dining table with chairs, sofa, armchair, a flat screen television, blue ray and radio. French doors give access to the terrace and garden.
Skylights have installed to bring you even more brightness.

The sleeping area is composed as follows:
- a first bedroom: 1 double bed – cupboard/wardrobe
- a second Bedroom: 2 single beds (90*190) – cupboard/wardrobe
Both bedrooms overlook the garden.

The 3rd Bedroom is in the garage converted for this purpose and adjoining the house next to the kitchen. You will find 2 single beds (90*190) with the possibility of bringing them together to make one double bed. There is also a shower cubicle and a sink.
