Ideally located, just 22km from the beaches, this cottage allows you to discover the Landes coast, the Barthes de l'Adour, the green countryside as well as the nearby Basque Country and Spain. For a wellness and fitness stopover, you are also only 7 km from the Saubusse thermal baths. Our wooden chalet offers you comfort and modernity. Atypical in its design, the attic floor welcomes you in a cabin style for a stay for two or as a family. An original stopover to be planned all year round. The covered terrace allows you, thanks to the garden furniture and the barbecue, to enjoy a sheltered exterior with a direct view of the neighboring kiwi fields.
Parking is at the entrance to the property, in the shared parking lot with the owners on site. The air-conditioned cottage is composed of: on the ground floor, a living room with lounge (TV, DVD player, games console, WIFI), dining area and open kitchen (top fridge, 2 ceramic hobs, combined mini-oven grill microwave, extractor hood), a bathroom (with shower and washing machine), a separate toilet, a pantry (with freezer). The upper floor consists of an attic sleeping area on the mezzanine offering a 160cm double bed and a cabin with 2 90cm beds only suitable for children (welcomed with a supplement of €50/week/child). For your comfort, sheets, bathroom and household linen are included in the price, as are off-season heating, air conditioning and utilities. Baby equipment (travel cot and booster seat) can be provided. Two adult bikes (1 man and 1 woman) are available.
A special 21-night spa treatment rate is offered outside July/August.
