In 1978, Serge Poussin bought an old farmhouse with a mill, dating from 1622. For 2 years, he undertook renovation work on the property and then fitted out a gîte on the first floor of the mill. For 26 years now that the cottage has been open, Mr Poussin is delighted with the encounters he has made: When we ask him "What is your best encounter?", he replies that they are all wonderful! Close to Rouen, but while being in the countryside, you can enjoy the gite "Le Moulin" with a warm welcome and the calm of the property on the banks of the river.

In the center of the village, on the banks of a river, gite located in the owner's courtyard, on the 1st floor, in a renovated old mill listed in the heritage of his village.
