Beautiful type 2 apartment with very sunny terrace and full view of the small sea of Gâvres in a small luxury residence built in 2015 "LES ALIZÉS". “Relaxation and calm guaranteed”. It offers an entrance with cupboard, a living room with corner bench seat (extra bed 140) with sea view and access to the terrace, a bedroom with sea view, access to the terrace and large cupboard (160 cm safe bed), a bathroom with WC. Parking is free in the residence, the accommodation benefits from a 3G WIFI key, a private garage and free overhead parking.
All amenities are within walking distance. The accommodation is 20 minutes by car from Lorient and 5 minutes by water bus.
