The centre village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe, or NDB 1150, is the favorite place to have everything within reach: shops, entertainment, slopes. The charm, authenticity and conviviality of this resort-village will seduce you.

In summer, you will be close to many paths and will enjoy walking or mountain biking. The chairlift of Mont Rond, opened twice a week, will enable you to have an easy and quick access to the most astonishing views on the Mont Blanc. The lake of Flumet and its games for children are only 3.5km from the chalet.

The Chalet Alberta is your new perfect place to spend your holidays in the Alps. With your family or friends (12 persons), 200 sqm on three floors with balconyies and terraces east/south/west facing exposure and stunning views over Mont Charvin, Arvais and the valley.

*GROUNDFLOOR : entrance, a large ski roomwith shoe dryer and laundry.

*1st FLOOR : main room with kitchen fully equiped, open on the living room, with 3 hobs, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, american fridge ; living room with sofa and TV.
One single bedroom and one guest toilets.
Two terrasces, one south east facing exposure, and ont south west facig exposure with table, chairs, and gaz barbecue.

*2nd FLOOR: three double bedroom (bed of 140), two open into a balcony ; one in suite bedroom for four persons (4*90), two bathrooms, and two independant toilets.

*Free WIFI.
*Two parking spaces in front of the chalet, access on a concrete ramp. If not, parking 100m across the street.
*Animals not allowed. Non smoking accommodation.

BECAUSE IT IS YOUR HOLIDAYS, ARE INCLUDING: bed linen and beds done before arrival, bath linen and end of stay cleaning are also included.
