Shower room with electric towel dryer and hand wash basin, separate toilet. Upstairs: Hallway with wardrobe, toilet with hand basin, 1 bedroom (bed 140 x 190 with drawers, hard mattress), 1 children's bedroom (2 beds 90 x 190 and closet), 1 bedroom (bed 140 x 190 with closet, medium-hard mattress) . In the basement : laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer) and table tennis table. South-east facing wooden terrace with furniture (table, chairs and sun loungers), parasol and charcoal grill. Large enclosed garden. Pets allowed (25 € surcharge). 2 private parking spaces. Baby cot and high chair available on request.
