Welcome to this seasonal rental apartment, located on the seafront, offering absolute comfort and completely renovated for an unforgettable vacation in Les Sables d'Olonne. Just 150 meters from the shops, this privileged location is the ideal starting point for pleasant walks or bike rides along the ocean, the lake or even thalassotherapy.

Located on the 5th floor with elevator, it consists of a welcoming entrance, a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the living room, with a 140 cm rapid daybed. Two comfortable bedrooms await you, one with a 160 cm bed and the the other with a 140 rapido bench seat. A modern bathroom and separate toilets with hand basin complete the layout of this apartment.

Quality equipment will make your stay more pleasant: 4 hotplates, hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, television, WIFI and of course, the private garage.

Animals are not allowed in this accommodation. For your comfort, we offer additional services such as cleaning at the end of your stay (Flat rate €50 + €1 per m²) and linen rental (sheet kits at €18 and towel kits at €10 per person).
