Description of the accommodation

Located in Labenne Océan, this magnificent semi-detached villa of 125 m2 which can accommodate up to 12 people has everything to seduce you.
You can enjoy a large bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, open to the outside. The sleeping area includes a bedroom on the ground floor, open to the garden, with a 160 bed and its adjoining bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms; a first "dormitory" bedroom with 3 bunk beds and a lounge area with a 160 convertible sofa and television as well as two bedrooms, both equipped with 160 beds, one of which has an adjoining shower room and private WC. A large bathroom with bath and walk-in shower completes the set. All the bedrooms upstairs have a balcony with a view of the garden. For optimal comfort, the accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Outside, you can enjoy a heated swimming pool (open from April to October) of 4 meters by 8 secured by an electric awning, a beautiful sheltered terrace, furnished with a large table, a ideal garden for aperitifs as well as a large beach volleyball court. You will also have a garage and a private parking space. This villa will seduce you with its location, the quality of its equipment and its facilities. Possibility to rent a T3 with a capacity of 6 to 8 beds in addition.
