In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacation in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation swimming pool open from April to the end of September and heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer).
This new apartment of 58 m2 (suitable for disabled people), on the 2nd floor with interior view of the residence, can accommodate 4/6 people.
It consists of a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with 1 160 cm double bed and dressing room, a second bedroom with 2 80 cm single beds that can be pushed together and a dressing room, 'a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. You will also benefit from a 14m2 balcony with terrace furniture. This apartment is suitable for People with Reduced Mobility. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
A private parking space is available free of charge, allowing one vehicle per apartment. Please note, no visitor places available. You also benefit from low-speed WiFi access. A 4G box is available for rental (40€/week).
Pet admitted at no extra charge. Baby equipment (bed and high chair) available upon reservation and subject to availability.
End of stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.
