Pleasant recent house (adjoining on one side, individual garden and terrace) 5 minutes walk from the forest with many footpaths and 1km from the beach comprising on the ground floor a toilet, a cellar with washing machine and sink, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and opening onto a terrace with garden furniture and awning. Upstairs 3 bedrooms each with wardrobe or dresser, bedroom 1: 1 bed of 160cm, bedroom 2: 1 bed of 160cm, bedroom 3: 2 beds of 80cm, a bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin. Storage room that can be used to store bicycles or boards and an outdoor shower for returning from the beach.
EQUIPMENT: washing machine, fridge-freezer, 3 gas burners and 1 electric burner, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, television, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
End of stay cleaning must be done by the rental.
