In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE *** residence is the ideal place to spend your holidays in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation swimming pool open from April to the end of September and heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, pay laundry room (washing machine/tumble dryer).
This new apartment of 40 m2, on the ground floor and facing the sea, can accommodate 2/4 people.
It consists of an entrance, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200 with dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
A bright 21m2 living room with fitted and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave), open to the living room, convertible sofa for 2 people, flat screen TV.
You also enjoy a 16m2 terrace with garden furniture, sofa and sun lounger. LUXE range equipment: Dishwasher, oven, washing machine, reversible air conditioning.
Labeled Clévacances: 3 keys. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
At your disposal free of charge, a private parking space allowing you to put one vehicle per apartment. Please note that there are no visitor places available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for hire (€40/week).
Animal admitted without supplement. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) available on reservation and subject to availability.
