Description of the accommodation

Location: in a path, accessing one of the main streets of the city center (300 m from the shops) and close to the central beach (800 m), small duplex located in a residence with 3 apartments. Common courtyard for parking vehicles, in front of each dwelling.
Layout:
- 1 hall with 2 single beds. bunk beds and the bathroom with WC,
- 1 living room opening onto the terrace (south facing) and including:
-> an equipped kitchenette (fridge, electric hob, oven, microwave) and the living room (sofa, flat screen TV and radio),
-> large storage with washing machine,
- 1 bedroom (access by stairs in the living room) with 3 beds: 1 double bed. and 1 extra bed 1 pers. (80).
Upstairs (steep stairs) a mezzanine (height less than 1.80 m)
Exterior: terrace on a small, enclosed and furnished plot, with garden furniture, barbecue and electric plancha.
End of stay cleaning by reservation: flat rate of €60. Linen is not provided.
