Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. Location: behind the main avenue in the town center (200 m from the shops) and approx. 500 m. from the central beach. Detached, old house (built in 1992), with rustic charm,
Layout:
- on the ground floor: -> large living room (approximately 40 m²) divided into a fitted kitchen area (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas cooker, dishwasher) giving access to the enclosed garden, to the 'back,
-> and a living room with TV, opening onto a terrace and garden (at the front of the house),
-> WC and washing machine in the garage.
- upstairs :
-> 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed. (closet-wardrobe) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. (cabinet),
-> bathroom (shower and sink) and 1 separate toilet.
Outside: enclosed garden (lawn), at the back of the house, small terrace (at the front of the house) and flowerbeds, garden furniture and barbecue.
End of stay cleaning by reservation: flat rate of €100. Linen is not provided. An animal accepted: 25€.
Electricity consumption to be expected in addition in low season (from 01/01 to 15/06 and from 15/09 to 31/12).
