In Hendaye beach, large renovated house on one level. Rated 3 stars, close to shops and the beach. On the ground floor, you will discover a large living room, dining room that can accommodate 12 people opening onto a large enclosed garden not overlooked allowing you to enjoy your meals and barbecues in the sun, and a double kitchen modern fully equipped (filter coffee maker) including an open part fitted out with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and a separate part for preparation with hobs and oven. The sleeping area has two bedrooms on the ground floor, a bedroom with a large 140 cm bed, a bedroom with a large 160 cm bed, a toilet and a bathroom with washing machine. Upstairs the house has an attic bedroom ideal for children with 3 single 90cm beds, a bedroom with a double bed opening onto a balcony, a bedroom with a large 140cm bed, a bedroom with a 120cm bed and two 90 cm beds opening onto a balcony and its small adjoining bathroom. On this landing there is also a large bathroom with WC. Two private parking spaces in the driveway of the house will complete the package. The house is perfectly equipped and has plenty of storage space, WIFI and games for children.
