A kitchenette equipped with an electric stove, a microwave, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, an electric coffee maker, a toaster. Then there is an alcove with two bunk beds for four people. A fully equipped bathroom. The toilets are separate.

Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to residence entrances and businesses is possible thanks to a traffic lane.
