Arranged on a raised ground floor (2 steps), the cottage consists of a living room, a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm), a bathroom water (shower) and separate toilets. Accessible from the bedroom, a small terrace with garden furniture allows you to enjoy the green, enclosed spaces shared by the two gîtes. Parking is private. Additional charges: electricity (including heating). From the gîte, you can take the Vélovoie des Lacs (passing in front of the gîte - 4 adult bikes + baby carrier available depending on availability), reach the beach (1 km), the wild edges of the lake (300 m), or even go to Troyes to discover the medieval town (25 min), or finally to Nigloland to relax with family or friends (30 min). Géraudot, known for its spaces designed for swimming and its 16th century parish church of Saint-Pierre Saint-Paul, is a village located in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, and a stone's throw from the lake. Le Petit Logis du Charron is a half-timbered Champagne house, restored in 2012, adjoining another gîte (10G107), with a completely independent entrance.
