Halfway between St Raphael and Fréjus, a beautiful apartment of 30 m² on the ground floor in a quiet residence with swimming pool. Two rooms comprising a living room with access to the terrace (with electric barbecue and garden furniture), a kitchen area, a bedroom with 140 bed and ceiling fan, a cabin area with bunk beds, a bathroom with WC. Private overhead parking. Cleaning is optional, the price is € 69 including tax. For late arrivals, after 7 p.m., and on Sundays, a supplement of 30 € will be applied. The security deposit is 300 €. Possibility to rent linen (towel + sheet) for 10 € per person. Possibility to rent a cot for € 15 per week.
