The Le Manège gîte is located in a completely independent annex to the owners' house. A true haven of peace, it consists of a kitchen open to the living room with pantry, a dining and lounge area, a twin bedroom (2 90x200 beds) with private bathrooms (Italian shower + WC) and a double bedroom (160x200 bed) with separate bathroom and WC. Outside and in complete privacy, you will enjoy a beautiful terrace with pergola, deckchairs, a garden, parking in the courtyard of the gîte (several cars possible). Fitness room with jacuzzi (€25 per session for 2 to 4 people) as well as a games room (billiards, table football, darts, etc.). Electricity included except heating. Beds made, bathroom linen and household linen included. 2 minutes from factory outlets, 10 minutes from Troyes city center, and 15 km from the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient. You benefit from all the city's amenities (supermarket, bakery, press, restaurant, etc.), in a rural setting.
