The apartment has its independent and private entrance, it is isolated from any common area. You will have access to one of its pleasant collective swimming pools (open from June 15 to September 15 depending on weather conditions, health crisis and excluding maintenance work) and its tennis court.
Between sea and mountain Socoa, a historic fishing district, is shared between Ciboure and Urrugne. Socoa is the charm of a small Basque seaside resort nestled in the heart of a splendid bay facing Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Description of the accommodation

A haven of peace in a secure residence! Accommodation classified 2 stars by ICH. On the garden level, access by elevator, the living room is divided between the equipped kitchen, the dining area and the relaxation area: the sofa bed (140x200) faces the bay window so as not to lose any of the view of the gardens and the river! But it's even better from the covered terrace! In the sleeping area, a bedroom with two 80X200 beds which can create a 160X200 bed, a bathroom and separate toilets.
The whole is very bright, comfortable and welcoming.
Walk along the pedestrian area on the edge of the Untxin and in a few minutes you will be at the beach, the café or the supermarket. Easy to please everyone in a few morning strides...with hot croissants and chocolatines!
