Spacious cottage in a restored farmhouse, peacefully located in a natural setting, 10 km from Le Mans. Large, unfenced 1-hectare wooded plot with a terrace and outbuildings. Ping-pong available. Wi-Fi available.
Sleeps 9 in 6 beds, with the possibility of up to 15 beds with 2 sofa beds and 4 additional folding beds.
Ground floor: large living/dining room with exposed beams, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 cm bed + 1 single bed), bathroom (+ shower), separate toilet, utility room, utility room, cellar.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 2 single beds, 2-3: 140x190 cm beds) + 6 additional beds (bring sleeping bags), 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, separate toilet.
Equipped Extras: freezer, tumble dryer, baby equipment. Wi-Fi.
Included: geothermal heating (except for excess use), electricity (except for excess use), sheets, household linens. 2-car garage.
