Large living room opening onto terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Very well equipped US kitchen, 1 separate toilet. On the ground floor, 1 bedroom (140 cm bed) with shower room and WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 with 160 cm bed, 1 with 2 90 cm beds). 1 bathroom with bathtub, showers, double sinks and WC, 1 mezzanine with sofa and desk. Large fenced and wooded plot around the house. Calm assured.
