Self catered studio 1* apartment 26 m² with a balcony facing south, accommodates up to 4 people. On the third floor with lift.

Living area with dining area, pull down double sofa bed (2 persons), wardrobe, TV.
Kitchen with vitroceramic hobs, micro wave, refrigerator and dish washer fully equipped with table-ware, kitchen utensils and crockery.

SLEEPING CAPACITY:
- Alpine alcove : one set of bunk beds (2 persons).
- Living-room: one set of pull out beds.

BATHROOM:
Bathroom with shower and toilets.

- Underground pay parking. Internet Wifi access.

RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
Supplement of 25€ per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals).
