La Sauzaie, pleasant holiday home with enclosed garden not overlooked (wooden terrace) including a direct entrance into the living room with relaxation area (sofa, flat screen TV) and dining area (table, 2 benches, 1 low unit), a fitted and equipped kitchen in the living room (4 ceramic hobs, 1 large fridge + freezing section, microwave, mini oven), hallway with cupboard and washing machine, 2 bedrooms: (1 x 140cm + 2 bedside tables + wardrobe) and (2 x 90 bunk + shelves), a bathroom (shower + sink).
In the enclosed garden, terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue).
Private parking.

Pets allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
