A few kilometers from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy, well known for its Hospices. This tastefully renovated and very bright old house is both independent and semi-detached, spread over two levels. It features a kitchen, a living/dining room, and three bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite shower room, the other two with two single beds (90 cm each). Shower room. Two toilets. A covered shelter and an enclosed courtyard in front of the house. A folding crib and high chair are available for babies. Beautiful flower garden with a private terrace. The owners live nearby and share a common area with unoccupied buildings.

Charges and supplements: Bed linen: €7 for a single bed and €14 for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €50. Towels: €5 per person for the entire stay. City gas heating with a daily rate: €7 to €9 depending on the time of year.
