At the foot of the dunes, a stone's throw from the beach, we offer you this pretty 66 m² house, ideally located in a holiday residence with collective swimming pool 900 m from the center of Biscarrosse Plage, with direct access to the restaurants on the beachfront. sand, surf schools…. On the ground floor of the house, you will find an entrance opening onto the main room with TV corner (No WIFI, possibility to rent a box) equipped with a fan as well as an air cooler to ensure your maximum comfort. A fully equipped American kitchen (induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet for more comfort, as well as a bedroom with wardrobe storage and 2 90 cm beds. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a 160 cm convertible sofa offering two additional beds, as well as a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. You also have a south-facing terrace with its garden furniture, sun loungers and an awning, ideal for enjoying your meals and in front another terrace area which can also park your car. You park when you arrive and you can, if you wish, do everything on foot or by bike during your stay, perfect for walking on the beach during the sunset, discovering our cycle paths and other special places in our region.
