Located in a Mediterranean-style residence, this villa will be the meeting point for a successful vacation.
Thanks to its location, direct access to the Troc cove is offered to you.

Equipped for 7 people, it consists of:
- on the ground floor, a living room opening onto a large terrace, an equipped kitchen area (coffee maker), a bedroom with its bathroom and a separate toilet.
- on floor -1, two bedrooms, both opening onto a second terrace, a small bedroom (without window), a laundry room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Thanks to its two beautiful terraces, you can enjoy the sun, the beautiful sea view and outdoor meals, enough to delight more than one person.
This secure residence has shared private parking.
