On the 3rd floor of a secure residence with elevator and concierge, on the beachfront with direct and private access to the beach at the foot of the building, this one-bedroom apartment sleeps 5 and offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. It features a balcony with a breathtaking view of the bay and an underground parking space.
The layout includes an entrance hallway with closets, a separate toilet, a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, and a functional and equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine). The spacious and bright living room is modular thanks to a removable partition. It is divided into a bedroom with two bunk beds (80 cm) and one pull-out bed (80 cm), equipped with a television, and a living/dining room with a sofa bed (140 cm). This room opens onto a north-facing balcony of approximately 10 m², furnished for relaxing or sharing meals outdoors.
Ideally located, the apartment is 850 m from the nearest shops (Carrefour Market, pharmacy), 2.5 km from the Moulleau district, and 1.5 km from Arcachon town center. Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided, but can be rented from our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). End-of-stay cleaning is included, subject to regular maintenance during the stay.
