Located between the city center of Arcachon and the port of Plaisance, two-story house of approximately 100 m².
You can park your vehicle in the courtyard.

Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area with a bedroom with a 140 cm bed for two people with a loggia balcony enjoying a view of the Arcachon Bay. A second bedroom with a 140 cm bed also for two people and a third and final bedroom with two 90 cm beds and its dressing room. Its bathroom with WC.
An ideal location, you are 100 m from Eyrac beach, ideal for organizing a picnic on the beach, or swimming on our most beautiful days. You are 800 m from the city center and all amenities.
