Description of the accommodation

Ideally located, quiet, facing the Mauresque park, in the center of Arcachon, shops, market, beach, cycle paths and train station on foot, on the 4th and last floor of a residence with elevator, SPACIOUS T3 of 73m2, very bright , fully equipped, with large sunny terrace, facing south and secure individual parking.
Comprising: an entrance, a living room opening onto a south-facing terrace with a dining area, a separate fitted kitchen, bedroom 1 (160cm bed + 70cm bed), bedroom 2 (140cm bed), a bathroom (washing machine), separate WC.

During the summer period, we do not guarantee the possibility of storing a bicycle in the collective bicycle room.

Linen not provided, possibility to rent through the agency: 1 pack of 140/160 sheets + towels = €42/week - 1 pack of 90 sheets + towels = €32/week.

Optional cleaning package = €70.

During winter, heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent according to meter readings.
