The 3 bedroom apartment offers open plan kitchen/living room with dining space for 6 people. Bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and one of them with en-suite bathroom and a small terrace in the back overlooking the town and its mountains, and the main street of Marbella called Avenida De Ramón Y [hidden] area has several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shops, ice cream bars, beauty salons and the old town (casco antiguo) everything within walking distance.This property are fully equipped for your holiday, it has a big rooftop with lovely views, swimming pool and a lunch and dinner restaurant. There is also a supermarket, a liquor store a bazaar and a carrental in the building that is open every day of the week - all year round.Right at the entrance to the building there is a bus stop with transfers to the airport, local transport and buses to nearby cities, such as Fuengirola, Malaga etc. It is a parkinghouse just a few minuts from the building

Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00
