To reserve this property we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest to be 25 years or older and to accept all house rules.Señora de Aloha is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00.
But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this large modern duplex apartment with Scandinavian design in the best location of Nueva Andalucia, just few minutes from Puerto Banus and the beaches around!This bright and spacious three bedroom duplex is located within easy walking distance to everything.This is an open and beautiful three bedroom apartment that features a big terrace and combined kitchen and living area. It is distributed over two floors, with spacious master bedroom on the first floor with its double bed, ensuite bathroom, open walk-in wardrobe and back yard terrace. The second bedroom you find one level down with its double bed and en suite bathroom. As well the third bedroom that also have a separate bathroom and another terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and have dishwasher, toasters, kettle and coffee machine, connected with the kitchen you have the living room with flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table and access to the terrace. On the terrace you find another dining table and a lounge [hidden] the apartment there's fiber optic internet and a central hot and cold air conditioning system.
