LA RESIDENCE
L'ILE SAINT MARTIN residence in Cap d'Agde is part of a high standard development set on a private, pedestrianised island in the heart of the port. The accommodation is located 1km from the beaches and 100m from the closest shops.
Accommodation is in one of 64 semi-detached houses with private outdoor whirlpool and mooring rights. There are private jetties around the island capable of holding boats up to 25m long (Reception must be contacted. Mooring ring allocated according to boat size - state at time of booking).

Situated 25km from picturesque Beziers and the port of Sete, Cap d'Agde is one of the top destinations on the French coastline. The resort, home to volcanic cliffs and a black sand beach, as well as golden sandy beaches and a lively port, is the only rocky headland on the Languedoc coast.
