You will enter a large living room consisting of a dining area, a comfortable lounge area with television and wood stove, wifi; as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. You will have two bedrooms available, each with a 140x190 bed and the last with a large 160x190 bed. A bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as a washing machine. In the courtyard, you can enjoy a gas barbecue/plancha, a relaxation lounge and garden furniture with parasol. You will also enjoy the small fish pond in the courtyard. Ping-pong table, basketball hoop and pétanque balls available. Household linen included, sheets included, bathroom linen included, end-of-stay cleaning included, electricity included. Quietly in the countryside, the cottage is located just 1 km from the Grottes de Tourtoirac and 8 km from the Château de Hautefort (Gardens and medicine museum). In terms of activities, you will be close to the base Rouffiac leisure activities (swimming, pedal boats, electric boats, water ski lift, treetop adventure course, etc.), the Périgord Vert Vélorail in Corgnac sur l'Isle and the Auvézère gorges (swimming, canoeing, hiking).
