AT025 Martineta: Three bedroom apartment 150 meters from 'La Paella' beach. Very well located due to its proximity to the promenade, the town center and the marina. It has a kitchenette, a full bathroom with a bathtub, three bedrooms (one double bed and three single beds) and a dining room with air conditioning that has access to a terrace with garden furniture (approximately 10 square meters) with views to the green area of the neighborhood and the sea in the background. For more comfort in all rooms, ceiling fans were installed. You can also enjoy the communal area with swimming pool (open from Easter to the end of October), and a private space in the building's underground parking. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
