Description of the accommodation

Former detached farmhouse located on the Route des Vignes with views of the historic ruined castle of Puyguilhem, site of the first cannon fire of the 100 Years' War.
Main room with a fitted kitchen, then a lounge area with TV/DVD, Wi-Fi, sofa and four armchairs. You have 3 bedrooms equipped with a ceiling fan. A suite with a 160 bed and its bathroom. A bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, washing machine and WC.
A private swimming pool 8.5X4 depth 1.5 with chlorine open from June to the end of September, unheated, secured by an electric curtain. The property includes over 2 parking spaces on an open plot of 1500m2. Two mature trees provide a large shaded area in front of the terrace, built-in barbecue and view of the vineyard.
Baby equipment, travel cot and high chair available on request when booking. The Dordogne offers remarkable cultural and natural wealth. Adventure seekers can enjoy canoeing in Gardonne, while the village of Prunes in Thénac offers a therapeutic retreat. The discovery of the vineyards of Monbazillac and Bordeaux and the historic town of Bergerac (20km) will delight lovers of wine and history.
The bastides of Eymet (10km), the medieval village of Issigeac and the majestic castle of Bridoire add a touch of character to this unique experience in Périgord Pourpre, as do the bastides of Eymet and Monpazier (20km). Only 90 minutes from Sarlat and Lascaux, Bordeaux 1 hour away, Vigiers Golf course 15 minutes away, bowling 15 minutes away, Aquapark 10 minutes away, canoeing 10 minutes away, karting 10 minutes away.
The cottage is 7-8 minutes from a small supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, gas station, baker, bars and restaurants. A market is held on Saturday morning.
