Here you are in the countryside, the very pleasant neighborhood of Soustons, located between forest and fields. The Gemmeur gîte is the first gîte that we have created. By restoring it, we wanted to restore its character as a beautiful Landes house. We are waiting for you on our old farm, for a stay during which we will be happy to guide you in your discovery of the Landes. Of course, once at home, it would be a shame not to enjoy the ocean... Independent gîte, kitchen, living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine (2 140 cm beds, 1 90 cm bed, 1 child's bed), washing machine, dishwasher, portable, freezer, microwave, flat screen TV, wood stove, private enclosed grounds, covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, courtyard, electric heating, swing, bowling alley. 1st cubic meter of free fireplace wood in low season.
