A haven of peace, a dream location, just 7 km from the ocean, beaches, the Vieux Boucau marine lake and 4 km from the large Soustons lake with sailing, kayaking, paddle, rowing, fishing, tree climbing, playgrounds. sports, skatepark…
Comfortable and relaxing cottage, ideally located for exploring the coast, away from the crowds, in a popular area renowned for its calm and beauty between lake, ocean and forest, while being close to all amenities. A pretty house with swimming pool (to share with the owners on site) to relax and enjoy good times with family or friends on 3500m2 of wooded land with garden and orchard. Our vacation rental is independent and air-conditioned. Furnished on one level, it is composed of: - a living room of 32m2 with lounge area (TV, WIFI), dining area and open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, large fridge + freezer) - a 12m2 bedroom with large closet and 1 160x200 bed - a bedroom: 12m2 with closet and 2 90x200 beds (which can be arranged as a large double bed).
