Holiday rentals in Sète: In a luxury residence with swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15), close to shops and the beach, Villeroy district, magnificent 4-room apartment, on the top floor with elevator facing East/South and West. This comfortable apartment has a very large terrace of 69m², with a lovely open view, sea view and view of the Thau basin. In the living room you will have a sofa, TV, storage, internet access. A kitchen open to the living room (induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher), a master suite with its bathroom (shower and sink), a 160 bed and storage, the 2nd bedroom has a 140 bed and storage, the 3rd bedroom: 2 90 beds, storage and a desk. A bathroom (bath, double sink) separate from the toilet (with washing machine). Fully air-conditioned apartment with a private parking space secured by an automatic gate. Pets not allowed.
