It is located in a quiet residence and on the 1st floor (with elevator.) Composed of an entrance, living room with a quick sofa bed (140x190), flat screen TV, table, 4 chairs. Small balcony in the living room. An equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, coffee maker and dishwasher and washing machine.) Night side, bright bedroom with bed (140x190) storage cupboard. Bathroom: shower, sink, vanity unit and storage. Separate WC. Plus a private parking space within the residence bearing number 46 (entrance gate dimension width 2.60m).
The advantages of the location: Being able to do everything on foot, stopping for lunch at the Halles de Sète. Sète beaches 4.3 km away with the possibility of getting there by bus, bus lines 100 m from the apartment (Pont de Pierre stop.) SNCF train station 750 m away. Pets allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
