Description of the accommodation

This new independent house is located in a small hamlet. On the ground floor, you will appreciate the kitchen open to the large living room and the dining room with the table that can be transformed into a billiards table as well as a bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and a bathroom with WC. Upstairs, you will enjoy 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 140x190 and 80x200cm which can be converted into 1 bed of 160. You will have at your disposal a bathroom with shower cabin and WC. Outside, you will have an open garden of 500 m2 opening onto the countryside and a private terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. 2 parking spaces in front of the gîte, car port for storing a car or motorbikes or bicycles.
Cleaning fee at end of stay €80. Bathroom linen and sheets included. You couldn't dream of a better location to stock up on souvenirs and sightseeing.
