Description of the accommodation

On the ground floor, you will have access to the living-dining room, an equipped kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, combined freezer, oven, etc.), a separate TV lounge as well as a bedroom on one level. with 1 180x200 bed with a bathroom open to the bedroom with shower and WC.
Via the staircase, you will reach a bathroom with separate WC and 4 bedrooms with 180x200 beds. One of them offers a bathroom with WC. One of the bedrooms has a second 160x200 double bed in an adjoining bedroom.
You will appreciate the magnificent outdoor space on the banks of the La Loue river with garden furniture which will allow you to fully enjoy the premises with a barbecue available.
The open land reserved for the gîte has a surface area of approximately 3000 m2.
Baby equipment: high chair, travel cot. Cleaning at end of stay 80€. Sheets and towels included.
Parties not allowed! This large country house is located in Périgord Vert in the town of Saint Médard Excideuil, halfway between Périgueux, city of art and history and St Yrieix la Perche. It is close to Hautefort (Castle, gardens and Museum of Medicine) and the Tourtoirac caves. Also worth discovering is the Hélys-oeuvre garden and the golf course at the Essendiéras estate in St Médard d'Excideuil.
On site, don't miss the weekly traditional market because Périgord is also famous for its gastronomy and delicacies. Many outdoor activities: hiking on the Causses de L'isle, cycling, climbing the Roches enchantées, Corgnac-sur-l'Isle rail bike, tree climbing, canoeing, fishing, Rouffiac leisure center (fishing, hiking, spades picnic area, children's play areas, orientation/health course, beach volleyball court, tennis court, treetop adventure park, open and supervised swimming in summer, catering available on site).
