Description of the accommodation

This functional apartment welcomes you 5 minutes from Contis beach for a fun stay for two. The ocean, the forest, all the shops and leisure activities are easily accessible by bike thanks to the nearby cycle path. The free shuttle 200m away takes you to the beach. A pleasant stopover on the coast. Access to this adjoining apartment of the owners is via another gîte on site. The apartment has a private terrace of 30m² facing south,
not overlooked, out of sight to offer you the privacy and tranquility necessary for your stay, it is equipped with garden furniture and two sun loungers. A 2nd covered and shaded terrace is also at your disposal.
On one level, it is composed of:
a living room, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave), a bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom (with shower and toilet) , Internet access (wired and WIFI). The 1200m² land is to be shared with the owners and the second gîte.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
