Description of the accommodation

Small house adjoining another accommodation. Common courtyard in front and small enclosed courtyard behind. Gîte well located near the Loire Valley and Sologne, on the route to the Loire castles. Ground floor: large room (bed capacity in the living room) with fully equipped open kitchen and lounge area, toilet. Floor: 1 bedroom (1 140 cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 90 cm beds), bathroom and toilet. Electric heating offered up to 8kw/day (additional charge depending on consumption). Sheets not provided, possibility to rent them for €9 per pair.
Pets accepted with a supplement of €50 for the obligatory cleaning package.
Cleaning fee obligatorily billed for professional stays at the rate of €50.
Deposit required on arrival for the gîte (360) and animals (450).
