100m from the bakery, and 2 km from Gautrelle beach, very well exposed house, for 4 people, in the center of the village of Sel in Sauzelle on two levels including: living room with sofa and TV, cupboard, table and chairs . Open kitchen opening onto living room, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker with oven, hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
Upstairs: a landing with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed and wardrobe.
Walled terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
Good state of maintenance. Pets not allowed. Street parking (public space).
Rental of bed linen or bathroom linen: €15/person (on reservation with the Oleron'aise Conciergerie). End of stay cleaning included.
