Living room lounge area with fireplace and WiFi internet connection. 1 bedroom: 1 140 cm bed. Shower room. Separate WC. Floor: 1 bedroom: 2 90 cm beds and 1 140 cm bed. Oil central heating. Unfenced land of 500 m2 shared with the other gîte. Covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Motorcycle reception: we can accommodate up to 3 motorcycles in a garage shared by the 2 gites (contact the owner in advance). Household linen, bathroom linen, sheets (beds made on arrival), end of stay cleaning, wood for occasional fires included. Heating 11€/day. Old farm renovated in the tradition on a height with open views over a beautiful green countryside and the forest (game, deer, wild boar, stag bellowing...) and located in a very quiet hamlet close to hiking trails. Close to Brantôme "The Venice of Périgord", the castle of Puyguilhem, the caves of Villars, the castle of Jumilhac le Grand... Don't forget the gastronomy and the local producers' markets! For fishing enthusiasts, possibility of trout fishing in the Dronne and in the ponds of St Estèphe, St Saud Lacoussière... Bike rental 5 km away. Swimming in the Grand Etang de St Estèphe 20 km away and swimming pool in St Martial de Valette (Centre Aquative L'Ovive) 10 km away.
