Living room with kitchen area and lounge area. 2 bedrooms: 2 90 cm beds and 1 160 cm bed. Shower room with separate WC in the bathroom. Gas central heating. Covered shelter. Garage. Private unfenced land of 500 m2 and open land of 1000 m2 shared with the other gîte 25m away. Terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. You can enjoy its jacuzzi shared with another gîte all year round, in a separate shed, with a shower and WC. Electricity included. Towels €5/person/change. Sheets 10€/bed/change.
