Description of the accommodation

Small independent single storey house on the owners' land. You will benefit from a kitchen open to a living room area, a bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and a bathroom open to the bedroom with walk-in shower. Independent WC. In front of the gîte, you will have a private terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, etc.) with a clear view of the Sarlad countryside.
A private unheated above ground swimming pool located a little further up in front of the owners' house is available if desired. No need to worry, everything is provided here: household linen, sheets, bathroom linen and cleaning at the end of your stay. You will have a parking space behind the house on the property. Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair. The location of this gîte in the heart of the Périgord Noir allows direct access to world-famous tourist sites such as Sarlat, the medieval city with its exceptional heritage, less than 10 minutes away. The proximity of the Dordogne Valley (Châteaux, gardens, villages among the "most beautiful villages in France...) and the Vézère Valley (International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4, Les Eyzies de Tayac, the prehistoric sites...) allows numerous visits.
Lovers of outdoor activities will enjoy swimming and fishing in the Dordogne river, cycling or walking, hot air balloon rides... or visiting remarkable gardens.
